TecT Apr 2011 9:04pm, 7 Apr 2011 1,387 posts	0 TecT Evening all.... just back from a fabulous 5 miles on the river - bit of rowing to loosen everything up - couldn't resist the water on such a fine fine evening as this one! First VLM for me, but second marathon in all - did Paris in 2009 but did not have a good time of it at all and hobbled the last 11 miles - hoping for something rather more like running this time! Anything around 4 hours would be lovely, thank you! Off down to Brighton for the weekend tomorrow to support Forest Faerie et al, but will be around on and off no doubt. Sooooo excited........

VLM will be my 6th marathon, and training has been pants thanks to colds and back problems, so a nice day out in London taking 5 or so hours will do me just fine. Looking forward to seeing everyone - but my big question is the Black fetch top or the Red??? Oh decisions, decisions.
