K8 - don't worry, i am nervous too and this is my 4th. I think it is just because it is London - seems to feel more exciting. Good luck in your run and I'll look out for you!

Nice number you've got there, Grid K8 - I'm always very nervous before a marathon. You wouldn't be human if you weren't - it's a bloody long way!! Good luck to everyone - not that you'll need it 'cos you will all be fab, innit? As I set off for my long run this morning, the first two songs that came up, quite randomly, on my mp3 player summed up what I wish for you all tomorrow: Cheesy but true - the lyrics say it all

Right - I'm off to a friend's birthday bash. Will probably not be online again now before Fetchpoint duty tomorrow, so good luck everyone for tomorrow and I look forward to seeing you at 13 miles for waving and shouting, and again at 22 for jelly babies, sandwiches, beer, sweaty hugs, vaseline or whatever you may require Lots of xxx
