Sometimes I find untagged threads via the old Related Threads box too. That's really useful; besides the threads where you think "What? How can that be related in any way?", there are often a few which have a good correlation and can be tagged or re-tagged at the same time.

For example, all threads tagged "bookgroup" should have the main Book Group thread as their first related thread. This is something that Dippers asked on the Kindred discussion thread. I suppose the other answer would be for the thread-starter to put in a link.

The rarest tags are given the most priority, as they are (in theory) the most specific. I could probably nudge the algorithm though, if it's not quite giving enough precedence.

I've noticed that most of the book group discussion threads link to the same 10 related threads. Adding genre type tags hasn't helped much, but I'm reluctant to add to the tag proliferation too much.
