If you want someone to look the essay over I have helped with a lot of nursing assignments! I know nothing about nursing but I’m good at checking arguments, references and ticking the learning outcomes criteria  You just have to pass, that’s all you need.

EB (and Carp etc) - We* will do everything in our power to help you get through this and pass, including: reading drafts, providing feedback, hunting down papers you don't have access to, listening, explaining processes, giving insider information etc. I feel as invested in your success as if you're my own tutees.
* I have made a big assumption here, but I'm sure Fleecy and LindsD etc are on board with this.

Oh yes GG! Happy to help though I do roll my eyes at some of the crap nurses are expected to write and some of the crap psychology they are taught

For the immediate future I stay where I am and pdt will monitor the situation. Ward manager is hopeful that we can reopen our ward soon as she really feels for her staff coming in everyday not knowing where they are working or with what patients and the whole thing over PPE now too. If they can reopen soon they need to move will not be there. This sounds awful but I'm hoping the medical side of the hospital increases so we can.
I am happy to be staying where I am for now at least. She asked if I was flexible and could I do weekends I agreed of course. I think she's been so good, I thought she hadn't given me any weekends because of staff availability for coaching but it looks like she's been doing it for my benefit.
In the meantime no work until Thursday so a few days to sweat it out over my essay. Hopefully I've just been over tired after working none stop on it all last week and with fresher eyes it will easier 🤞

That sounds more hopeful EB. Good luck with the essay stuff - I'm also happy to look over anything but probably won't be as useful as Linds and GG and Fleecy.
