Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done, EB.
I'm sure both the exam and the presentation turn out better than you think.

Had a really good couple of days on placement lately and just recieved some feedback for my presentation. It was really good feedback....... the information is there, add a couple of titles on two slides and consider doing this ....
Really happy with that I know I'm on the right track and where I can improve. This time next week it will all be over with 😳 what will I do with myself then? Oh I know soak up sun in Greece for ten days 😊😊😊

I found this a digestible summary of the Augar report on plans for HE. The devil's in the detail, as always, and with the current political maelstrom, it's a fair bet that any of the report's recommendations may need to avoid the long grass of future goverment policy.

Thanks swittle, will read with interest once life calms down a bit. As far as I could tell from the headlines it might not be so bad for the universities, but probably shafts the students.

I haven't had time to read it but I will. We had an inspirational message from the Head of School as apparently it trashes the humanities :(
