He's living back at home with us after spending his first year of uni (at Aberdeen) in halls then 2nd year he was on an exchange at the National University of Singapore. He's studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering which he had planned to do for years. He's registered partially-sighted but very independent, loves travelling and is in to roller coasters and public transport, politics etc. Just thought I'd say hello, I've found the teen thread helpful and as we know the issues with our children don't magically stop when they turn 20. Our son feels a bit cut off from Aberdeen Uni life since he was abroad he didn't find anyone here to share a flat with for this academic year so he can be lonely. He finds it harder to make friends because of not recognising people due to sight issues. I've advised joining societies etc so we'll see if he does.

Quite a range of personalities and circumstances over the six of them!
