My 22 year old has grown up massively in last 6 months - having his own son has rather accelerated his maturity! Now got a job, a rented house, happily habiting with gf and his new baby boy. They're doing pretty well.
Doesn't mean you don't still worry. Never got his degree, isn't married to the gf (not that the bit of paper matters but they've only been together less than 18 months), job is just Tesco (he will need more money and may want more fulfilling work too, one day), he lives in quite a remote area (though they do have family close by too, to help) etc.
So plenty of worries, but mostly far less than 16-19 years! G

I have 1. On Thursday I'll have 2.
As Winniefree rightly states, the issues don't magically disappear when their teenage years do.
Although so far, I've got off pretty lightly.

If our son (30) has tidied his room for the first time in his life and a young lady has been seen in his company (ditto), do we think these things are related?

I have two and one who’s slipped off the other end like ChrisB. They all still have their moments.
