That’s massive ajb well done, how did you find the route?

Yep I’m happy now, I’ve pushed myself hard since London so now looking forward to a few easy weeks. Still not too sure a 2.45 is in the legs but at least I can go all out at London next year.

Just gotten home after a 350 miles drive from Edinburgh, I’m tired but wide awake

Chris, nice running from you too! The route was much improved, quite a bit of the city to see at the beginning (albeit at high downhill speeds). The bit out to Gosford was a bit lonely as usual, but I enjoyed the tailwind after the turn. I'd certainly do it again.
