What are people aiming for? I'm going for 1.25-1.30, just coming back from injury and not running properly since beginning of October..

All I want to do is go under 70mins. I've run two half's at sub 7 minute mile pace, but all of the 10 milers I've done have had something go wrong - head cold, extreme heat, pre-race injury etc. So my 10 mile mid-race PB is miles better than my official race PB! Time to put that right!

I'll be at the back thinking 1.45 will be about right for me. depending if end up trying to keep up with the missus and overcooking it. Big fell out of the habit of popping on fetch and trying to get back into it. I'll give you a snog on the day.
