Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Working for me, if you copy and paste into the browser.

Great photo album, as always I'd love to be able to take such reliably good shots! (Though, as always I still don't look like I have Mo Farah's style - must be something to do with the lens)

I'm at the bottom of page 3, as I said on FB, I look like I am about to break wind...that's a mean place to take the photos, just after the top of the last hill. I was working hard there. it was dawning on me I might get a PB.....In the previous 2 pages there are a few guys I run with and help out coaching, Neil, Andy, Gary, Steve (all Stockport people), on to of the Marple chaps.

It's funny how the mind plays tricks. I just checked my splits from the GSR 2013 (my previous best) and Sunday. A half a mile out I was a good 30s in front of my GSR time, and only ended up 7 seconds up, yet I felt I was finishing really well once the hill was out of my system.

At the GSR I was a bit fed up as at 8 miles I was on for 75 or so minutes until we turned into the wind, yet I finished that race faster.

Got something to say?
