Perhaps I could have done without the soaking on the start line, and it was a bit crowded through the park for the first mile, but what better way is there to end a run with "Tom Potson" saying "And now entering the track is the one and only...."! A nice 67m01s PB also puts a smile on my face!

It was seriously excellent, I actually didn't race it, as soon as I tried to go for it my beathing was a bit shite, so I ran it as a tempo, and felt pretty good for it. Excellent effort from Potson and the club as a whole, really good set of marshals, especially the guy at the garage that was getting some serious grief from a daft cow!!! 5 minues of your life, she msut be such an important person.....
