More and more often I am having trouble with my lower back and also sciatica and/or pififormis issues.

I know Improving my core Strength and stability would help - can anyone point me at a suitable programme?

I wouldn’t say I’ve got stuck in (instead, I had a mini lifestyle crisis), but I have started using using one of those daylight-simulating alarm clocks, in an attempt to get more useful time in the mornings. It’s weird, but it sort of works, in that by the time the alarm goes off (half an hour after ‘sunrise’) I’m already awake.

Everyone seems to be doing really well! You tore through your first three books, Sharkie, by the sounds of it. How's the 'tougher' fourth one going?

Daily dog walking has not been a roaring success, I'm afraid :( There have been *some* dog walks, but not enough. Not enough.

I have mostly kept to the S&C plan, at least, though. The real test will be keeping it going on a permanent basis, and next week (after a little recovery from the LCW), I'll be starting Project Joker, too.

Good work being done :)

I'm still on track with my simple and closed-ended Start Something.

I am making time every evening to read. Progress is slow because no matter how early I start reading I get really sleepy.

Maz I have one of those clocks. Sadly my body clock wakes me an hour before the alarm goes so I’m often awake when the sun starts to rise.

Sorry I didn't comment on everyone!

Rae - don't be too self critical re the dog walks, you're still attempting and you are doing the all important S&C. What plan? Might it help Dio?

Come to that has anyone any ideas for Dio? As an ex Pilates teacher and someone who does loads of S&C I know the sort of stuff he should be doing but can't think of an online plan. There MUST be a good, free one. Adriene yoga is a bit vague for what he wants good though it is.

I did "read" an audio book that recommended an app for quick S&C but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called!

6 minute 6 pack - although like so many things the name is probably a lie!
