Sharkie the run mostly felt good. My ITB didn’t even niggle and I felt pretty strong for most of it. I felt a bit knackered this evening but probably didn’t drink enough water. You are actually responsible for my return to running as well. You recommended the Jennis app and her programme included a HIIT run. I enjoyed it so much I added another weekly plod.

Not a personal new start, but just to add to the sense of new things beginning, today is day 1 of the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office). I will now have all the fun ensuring my team have updated their email signatures etc. to reflect that we now work for a 'completely new' department.
