Checking in with today's Run the Sum effort. 30 minutes of running in the dark. Enjoyed it :)

The next few days' runs won't be relevant to the thread because they'll be runs I'd have done anyway.

halfpint - you have every right to be pleased with that run. How did it feel? did you enjoy it? Any after effects?

Pix ... nice start! If you can tuck another 2-3 miler in before next Monday you will be nicely ahead of target.

I'm going to start a book a week for September. More importantly I'm going to FINISH each of the four books.

I used to read loads and I don't so much now. It's a great way of relaxing a weary body while still engaging the brain - I can stick my feet up, which I can't when I'm sitting at my various computers.

I’ve done my Achilles exercises twice, mowed the lawn and planned 600 feet of climb on evening went up to 800+
