In this particular case it isn't worth the effort though, but it is a useful reminder that it can be done.

Can also work with millions of rows of data. It is a fantastic user tool. If you need something with more power (Enterprise Level), you can go to SQL Server Integration Services. Between the 2 M'soft ETL apps, Power Query is impressive and very easy to use. In Excel 2021 / latest version of Power BI, it can now extract information from PDFs. Prior to this I was writing VBA and using the APIs to extract data from a PDF. It is sooooo easy with Power Query

I'm setting up a club handicap event which I want to base on each runners 2nd or 3rd fastest run this year. I know how to use a pivot to get their Min/Max but not their xth best. I know I can get all their data and sort it but I was wondering if one of you could help with a better solution. Thanks
