You need Fetch to log your training but you need to be able to dump and run rather than doodling around reading all the threads.

I would say you could make up your own rules - I've been on a Facebook break for the past couple of months (due to not being able to run and not wanting to be bombarded with everyone's running posts) but still went on Fetch!

I would agree with Vrap. If you’re checking training and then going off and doing other stuff, no. If you’re reading blogs and spending ages on the forum, probably yes, it would count as social media. I probably spend too much time on here! 😜

Yup. Once or twice when someone here has been doing my head in, I’ve opted out for a bit by using a password manager to generate a new password, then deleting it from the manager so I actually can’t log in without resetting the password. Everything still gets logged, I don’t think I was ever gone long enough for anyone to notice!

Mmm, me too. I'm not properly 'on' anything but Fetch and occasionally I've just written a private blog for a week or so and that's all - just to prove I could basically.

I definitely faff in the mornings!
Most of my fetching depends on work …. I fetch more (but do more!) when wfh
I fetched less this week but felt I did less work too!

I answered yes because I def use Fetch as social media, not just training logging and race planning.
The fact that it is largely sane, informative, entertaining, supportive and kind social media however, marks it out as unique and means you are allowed it, even if you are on a break.
