wrexhamrob Sep 2012 10:16pm, 15 Sep 2012 923 posts	0 wrexhamrob sorry you re not up to it Redtonail, i did my 16miles - a short long run ! today 3 weeks till Chester marathon , then another 20d till Snowdonia. trying not to thin about mile 24-26 , ive watches last 2 yr in pouring rain, and saw a few slip over on the grassy slope

Sep 2012 6:33am, 16 Sep 2012 8 posts	0 capt. i've heard about the last few miles being steep and slippy. maybe some new shoes would be sensible but have decided to stay with my fav shoes. they will have clocked up 500 miles by race time. talked into racing regional 5.4k road relays yesterday and have survived that with sore legs but today is rest day so should be ok for long run on monday. next up macclesfield in 2 weeks. what races have everyone else got before snowdon.

(sorry, guys! ) Hoping that I won't slide down into Llanberis this year- been over on my backside in the last 2 years!!
