Spot on jasond. I seem to recall the twice I've run Snowdon the day before and the day after have enjoyed significantly better weather!

I have dilemmas... I have 10k XC race on Sat and Macclesfield half on Sunday. Wondering where to squeeze that extra 8 miles - before or after the half.
Before means I'll defo do it but will Obadiah ky half marathon.
After might mean I don't bother at all (you know it's like after a race)...
Or I could just do 22 next week and taper thereafter.... Sheesh,it's a hard life

Capt - yes. That purgatorial course of four dull boring flat laps round a playing field
