Sep 2012 8:28pm, 5 Sep 2012 First-time poster!!	0 capt. finally reached 50 miles a week. could i possibly go another 8 weeks without any more injuries. macclesfield half in a few weeks. anyone looking for a hilly half in prep for snowdon should look at this one (2 long hills). hows everyone elses training going.
