Duchess
Thank you so much *bows*

I couldn't have done it without ... a significant quantity of ice, frost and very slippy pavements! I doubt I'll be able to live up (down?) to this standard again this week, who wants to take my crown????

hee hee, well done all, that's the ticket! :)
what a joy it is not to have to run faster than you want, just because everyone else's pace seems faster than your own! Freedom and liberation for slowies everywhere, yayyy!

oh dear, I've let the team down as not run at all - migraines all last week so double treadmill this week before the doc wires me up for a 24 hour BP test and as I am been a really bad girl I even get to go on the ECG treadmill (eek) so had better get some practice in.

Anyhow, rather than feeling left out, here is my feedback for last week ;) : - I am a PLAIN PET but i PROMISE to be a wonderful sap

Ohh WW sorry to hear you've had migraines really awful. Hope docs get you sorted soon. The running will still be there when you're better.

Well done on your hill session BT2. Just a walk today talking to someone yesterday he thinks I've strained my thigh muscle, forget which one but it's just a case of resting & slow return I'll keep trying to behave until my fizz appt next week.

Enjoy plodding SAP'pers

not at all, WW, I agree with gg - the running will still be there when you're better. Hope the migraines go away, they are awful, I used to suffer from them and I know how debilitating they are. Hee hee :) like the feedback!
Yay, BT2, Garmin's are great! I haven't worked out how to use 98% of the features yet, (and I've had it for over a year!) but it's good just for mileage and pace. I'm going to try to put a route onto it, for the Droitwich half marathon, coming up (eek!) so I can run/walk slowly round it before the actual day. I've got that Memory Map software, so should be able to map out the route then upload it to the garmin, as a route.

Look after that thigh muscle gg, it may well just need a bit of rest.
Plod on, SAP's!
