Hi fellow SAP's. I'm still checking in but haven't really had anything to report. Wussed out big time with the cold last week so not running until tomorrow now, but fully intend to get out there!

WW, sorry to hear about the migraines. I used to suffer with them when i was younger but fortunatley haven't had one for 25+ years.

Welcome Whiskey - *waves* - Shouldn't take too long to catch up ;) x

Nope not long at all. I actually ran today for the first time in ages. No longer have the c25k app on my phone so I pushed for a mile so I had a time to record and it nigh on killed me lol

if its dry tomorrow i might take a mooch up the forrest, but not sure if it will be to run or walk, i know if i walk i'll be wishing i was running but not sure if the running will be up to it (although i'm pretty sure i'd be slowest if i did)

Hi Mizzy, how are you?

How did you get on with your club run last week?

I'm going to try a longer run this weekend - going to try out the road instead of running around town, hopefully the weather will stay good and i can do it saturday either before or after seeing to the horses. :-)

I didn't make it out BT2. I was a wuss in the cold, couldn't face it at all. Going this week though and have finally officially entered the 10k race i hoped to run - in May. So got to keep going now. Also Race for Life sign up done in July. May be a bit of a run walk as there is a very steep hill half way round that. Then again, a few months down the line i may be up for attempting it as it isn't a long hill. :)
