Hi BT2 *waves back*. I'm a rather frustrated 'runner' atm. Seems like two steps forward and one step back but hoping to run tomorrow evening at our club. :)

How are you?

I'm on your heels Duchess (sort of). My pace was 14:11 (2 miles) last week.

Hope to report in later on tonight's run before I hit the dreadmill for the rest of the week - I seem to have a much faster pace on the hamster wheel !!!

We'll do our best, Duchess! Both you and WW - fantastic pace there! you are really getting into the club philosopy :)
Hi Mizzy, welcome to the SAP group! Running can be so frustrating I agree, 2 steps forward and one back, but, there again, anything that's worth doing is a bit like that. It seems to take so long to progress, but you'll get there for sure! - happy club running :)
Just done a chilly 8 miles, and now off to soak in a hot hot bath with some hot hot tea and a few fig rolls yay!
