Mick, no need to be sorry, I wasn't getting at you! I know your fmail was just to say good luck! :)

Was just that I couldn't put down the time of 2 others who had sent me their times but hadn't joined yet, and wished I could have!
Anyway, we are now 5 members, so all's well with the world!

We now have Bambi1, Duchess, Enriak, Rosab123 and me - yayyy:)

Thanks, geordiegirl, Roma and rosab123 for sending in your results from last week, if anyone else wants to send in theirs, I'll get the list done- though Enriak is the week's winner :) at least we will all see how good we've all been at being SAP!

Oh my, I could be winning for quite a few weeks at my pace ;) I'll start afresh this week as I need to suss out what my time was for last week's treadmill.

PS. I assume I can use my treadmill times for this - if not I can use my weekly plod when at home - and you can all ask if I was really running or crawling - anyhow a good way to see my progression and I'll try not to hog the table

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
