Sending healing vibes to Nutso's toe, ouch! Good work Alpen, always nice to see pounds coming off after the scales have crept up too high. This morning we got out early to beat the warm weather, I did 6.2 miles and even at 8am it was warm. Run felt easier today, love runs like that, I felt like I could have done more.

Wom, you're doing a grand job with organising our events but would it be possible to shrink the logo & badges a bit please? (I hope you're not offended but they do seem to dwarf everything else on the page.) xx

no offense taken - they are not that big in the gallery so not sure why they are showing up like this. I will try and downsize or screen shot on my phone and reload.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Note to self: it’s not a good idea to try and run straight after a body pump class, when you gave blood 4 days before and you still have niggles from your last run.

DOMS that are out of proportion with what I actually did. :( I’m assuming that was something to do with the blood doning.

Did my 3.7 miles #FinishForMatt run this morning with the Thursday morning crew from club. Beautiful morning for running.

I was a bit concerned that the 2nd mile apparently took 19 minutes - I'm slow but not that slow!! We always stop for a photo opportunity at the half way point and I've now realised my Garmin does not autopause when it's set for intervals!! So Garmin has me at 15:55mm, strava (moving time) has me at 15:01, which is more reasonable :-)
