Hello HC, well done on the marathon :-)

Hope the injection works it's magic LG.

Couple of miles run/walk for me tonight at club. A little bit quicker tonight - I'm slowly but surely working my way back to where I was last year :-)

Been away for a few days. Congratulations to Happy Cat on the first marathon ~ stuff the time, take pride in completing something that only a small percentage of the population of the planet can do ;-)

Fragile Do Not Bend
Updated spreadie with my first parkrun since January. I took the opportunity to do a relatively local one that I hadn’t run before but I’d been meaning to do for about 3 years! My hip is sore now though :(

I was aiming to take April's 5k or 5 mile from today's run ... then it got time shortened so I could just scrape in a 5k :-( and then the weeks activities and not having been able to run for 10 days really became apparent when SAP was just Slow And Painful and I really had to dig to get the 5k out and done :-o :-( . Ah well, they can't all be good'uns, some have to be character building grinders ;-) :-)

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
