Have you used a set training plan LG or created your own? Hopefully you have had a relaxing afternoon after such a long run.

We were having a lazy afternoon sitting in the conservatory but my Aunt who lives next door and is about to move house popped her head over the fence to ask if we wanted to put anything in her skip - she has been decluttering for the move. Well it was too good an opportunity to miss so we have got rid of some old rickety wooden garden furniture and some old planters we don't want. What a result!

I have followed a plan set by friend who saw one of our other friend's through a marathon last year.
It been a busy day and that is me just home and in bed so a long lie tomorrow.
I'm hoping the steroid injection I get on Tuesday will see me through to the marathon

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
