Fragile Do Not Bend
Slow And Painful ๐Ÿ˜€, yes thatโ€™s me at the moment. Yesterday I had 3 separate places that hurt from running and a fourth that wasnโ€™t running related. Luckily one of the running related pains has gone this morning.

On fear I don't like this talk of pain, hopefully nothing serious.

[Nah, not injury painful. Just dang hard work on overly tired bones and having lost a bit of conditioning since my previous run ~ we'll see how this afternoon's little jaunt goes ;-) :-) ]

I usually have a least one place that hurts. Iโ€™m not very well constructed.

After Saturday's 5k of dire drudgery, today's 8 miler was almost it's mirror. Saturday's walk run endeavour was walk at every opportunity whilst today's run walk saw me ignore the 'walk' sections and run through them until I'd boshed through the 10k :-) ~ and then I only stopped because a dog really wanted a fuss ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ˜

That sounds a good run Decorum! Lol at poorly constructed, I know I am! My consultant is amazed I run (he has seen the state of my innards!) so I always think I am doing pretty well all things considered!

I had a good run on Sunday, a nice 6 miles, run/walk but more run this time as Mr L paced me.

I keep meaning to ask Nutso how the new job is going? I hope you are enjoying it. My new job isn't quite right for me but it is still a whole lot better than my last job so I don't regret it at all, and maybe I will stay or maybe use this as stepping stone to something else. But it beats my old job hands down!

Glad to hear your run was enjoyable both of you.

I did 9 miles in 2 halfs. I went out without strapping my foot and only managed 4 miles before admitting defeat so headed for home and strapped it up and went out for another slightly better miles.
Today I ditched a 3 mile run and opted for the gym instead. I get another injection tomorrow so hopefully that will see through the marathon and out the other side.

L10 I did that with my last job, I was with the same company for 20 odd years then left it and lasted a year with a new one before getting the job I'm in now....I just needed the nudge ;-)

Lemon ~ I know that one, running should be a no-no for me too (it's been a whole lot more comfortable since I've been on (synthetic) morphine patches :-o ). Junior's* been scanned again and staunchly remains 8x8x12 cms ~ they're supposed to put serious consideration of operating on ones 6.cms in diameter and above. It's only taken 5 years for me to be sent further up the chain to see whether they're going to suggest operating ... what doesn't kill you makes you tired and grouchey ;-)

* Sometimes referred to as 'Myrtle' and at others, 'Beryl' :-o :-)

LG ~ fingers crossed for you. Smart move, going back and strapping up. And true grit getting back out and finishing the plan! :-)
