Fragile Do Not Bend
Just squeaked in a 5 mile before the end of the month. Important psychologically as I have a 10k next Monday (that I entered ages ago) so I needed to be sure I was capable of it. I shall probably hurt like hell after it though.

Oh bummocks. Cut my run short at 4.87 as that's when I reached the cafe and I just cba to round it up! Not sure I can really include my "gin run" as it was very stop/starty (for historical information, not gin!!)

I am indeed a marathoner for my one and only.
4.56.05 so totally chuffed with that as I had hoped for an under 5 hours.
Tired now but off to eat.
