Indeed Dec! I love them, especially the "double digits baby" one! I just added a mile time of 11.10 but its coming up as 11.1, no idea if I am doing it wrong but 11.10 for the mile. I now need to see if I have a 5 mile time. I will hopefully surprise and delight you all with a 10 mile time this weekend (yes, really).

LG all the very best for your marathon, we are all going to be rooting for you, try and enjoy it (if possible) and soak it up. Final word of wisdom - Vaseline or the anti-chafe product of your choice - is your friend, apply a load to all the usual areas and then go ahead and bung some more on. ;-) You have got this x

Lem, glad you're getting out running a bit more again.

I won't be logging a 10 miler this month but hope to in a couple of weeks. I'm doing parkrun tomorrow so I'll log that and hope I haven't gone backwards again. :-o

Hi Womble, can you put me down for the five mile for April a time of 1 hour 6 min 51 seconds from my run on 15 April, I did six miles and just took the first five miles from that.

Enjoy parkrun Alpen :-)

SAP 10 miler done, 2 hours 13 mins 51 sec. Woo hoo it was fab! The perfect amount of drizzle and comedy howling wind at times like a sound effect on a cartoon! Loved it. I hope everyone is having a good day, and if anyone can log my time for me on the spreadsheet that would brilliant :-) 🍋👍

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan

4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
