Good luck LG, hope the foot is better. We had light snow flurries this morning but it's stopped now and I am really hoping that's it for winter now!

Inov8 shoes seem to suit me ... I now have two pairs ;-)

And when you lessen the heel drop you really do need to drop the speed :-o . Still, Slow And Proud!

And I'm still using Run Walk, it's really quite good at keeping the old 'Can't stop, must keep running' ego in check :-) (and it really confuses people near by when you stop ... 'No, I'm fine thanks', 'No, I've not stopped running in order to chat you up' *give me a break* *roll eyes* )

I am still not running due to this pesky PF - have a weekend away which will involve being on feet a lot and if it doesn't aggravate the PF will try a little run next week.

Mandy get better soon

I have done no running this week and most of last, due to much snow bad weather and I had my eyebrows tattooed on Monday which means I have to not sweat until the weekend! Normal service will resume Sunday with Wakefield 10k and back to GNR training next week. I just want to plan something and it not change due to bobbins weather roll on spring.

LipGloss - hope you managed a decent run last weekend - you can FM me if you can't upload the spreadie.

Anyone up for 10 miles this weekend. Don't forget you can still add your other times though out the month.

I did my 5 last weekend so need to get onto the laptop - will do it after my bath.
I have just done 17 miles today so will take 10 from there and upload that too.

I have just read Nutso's comments again as I thought she said she had her elbows tattooed which I did think was strange and very sore lol.

Hope everyone has sunshine today - it's lovely here.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
