Take care with injuries and illness, they have an unhappy habit of nipping back at you when you think they're beaten :-(

Seeing as I completely forgot to bung up some times from the few runs I could muster for in February, I've trawled through my March runs to date and have added them to March's SAP races :-) (And hopefully I've done it correctly :-o )

At the moment I'm self restricting myself to Run Walk ~ 02:30/00:30 or 03:00/00:30 dependng on how much I have in the tanks of a day ;-)

Not so much big, as notable :-)

That said, it might be worth including which race it's a reminder for ;-) :-)

If we want to stick with the previous arrangement then:

Weekend 1 = 1 mile (3/4)
Weekend 2 = 5km (10/11)
Weekend 3 = 5 miles (17/18)
Weekend 4 = 10 miles (24/25)

Although individuals can re-arrange to suit their training plans.
