I have runned ... well, again, I have Runned/Walked on the road to recovery and come back ~ 5 miles in all :-) .

I'll try to remember to add the relevant bits of my Monday and Wednesday runs to the February bit of the spreadsheet tomorrow.

Psychic hugs to those in need and/or want ... and psychic high-5's and back slaps to those conquering and ploughing on and through.

Awwwwwww! Gorgeous puppy! :-)

I ran a bit after work, only a mile and a half as I've not run for a week or so, that'll do I thought. now off to the gallery to look for more puppy photos...

Nice pup :-)

I have runned* ... again :-o . Five on roads/footways yesterday, six on the bike this morning, and another five on trails this afternoon :-o .

* Where 'runned' equals Run Walking ;-)

I'm still being careful with the transition to using a more minimalist shoe, but they seem to suit me quite well ... which is good :-)

Nut, what a cutie! :) Is she a British bulldog? A German friend over here has one and she's gorgeous and called Ginger. There's a saying "new house, new baby" so I guess that Clementine is yours. ;-)
