Ww been poorl6 and snowed in in my case! Oh and a new puppy πŸΆπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»πŸΆ normal service will resume next week! Hope all is ok sounds stressful.

Afternoon all! I can't report much running, we got hit with deep snow so have had snow days off work and spent time hunkering down waiting for it to pass and watching tv. Prior to this I was getting very tired all the time and didn't have energy to run in the week, so the time off work with the snow has been very good timing. It's all now melting away and I am looking forward to running a bit more often now and logging some times for the SAP races. Nothing like the arrival of Spring to get you itching for a run :-).

Hi gang! :)

I've been a bit scuppered on the running front so far this year - lurgies, skiing and last week's weather meant I only ran 5 times in Jan and 6 times in Feb. As it's all gone again now I got out for a lovely sunny 4 miles this morning to open my March account but I'm off skiing again tomorrow so won't achieve many miles in March either. :)

I hope you all manage to start getting out more now it looks like the spring may be coming along soon and hope all the lurgies bugger off and stay away now. :)

Been out for a slow plod, and boy was it slow!! But jogged for 2 miles and then walked another mile so quite pleased I managed that - not worried about speed right now, just trying to get some level of fitness back.

I can confirm the puppy is gorgeous.
Been out for training runs in the wind, snow and whatever else has been thrown at us. 14 today sadly was 11 as the legs just couldn't take the snow anymore... well I probably could have as one of the three of us did but the other was totally scunnered and so I went back with her. I had done 4 on Friday night and parkrun yesterday so the legs were more than tested.

Oh dear, we aren’t doing too well are we?

Can everyone keep an eye out for my mojo and let me know if they spot it? I’ve checked the shed and down the side of the sofa.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan

3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
