I have runned for the first time since 24th January :-o ... being careful I warmed up on a bike ride and Run Walked it (2.5:1). I have stretched for the potential aftermath ... It felt good but I am expecting a touch (or two) of GAS/DOMS ;-)

I’m feeling vaguely better finally i can almost breath and my coughs a bit better. Was supposed to be in Bristol today but cancelled due to weather tons of snow here. Snow day as couldn’t get to the office, I will get out this weekend somehow.

The GAS arrived last night, in a double height container ;-)

I have turned/walked again today. This time in and on snow :-) . It could have been termed 'Extremely Slow And Proud' :-o ;-) . Bitterly cold and biting winds, the Inov8 X-Talons worked their magic and kept me sure-footed #misterhappybunny :-)

Healing vibes to those in need and hearty metaphoric back slaps to those going great guns.

Nut, don't try to get out too quickly if you've got a cough, especially if it's still so cold. Glad to hear you're getting better. :)

Alpen thanks, nothing doing here having been house bound for two days due to snow drifts!! Fingers crossed by the time it goes I’m all better and raring to go!

Apologies for the silence this end - busy with parental care plans and hospital visits !!

I have pencilled in to do the race reports on Wednesday but only have 1 x 1 miler, 3 x 5 miler and 1 x 10 miler logged for Feb at the moment. I will check to see if there are any times logged on the original races.

Are we all just busy or is the spreadie not working.

We are now into March so please add your times for 1 mile, 5km, 5 miles and 10 miles - or if you can't access the spreadie then Fetchmail me and I will add.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
