Morning all - I shall read back on all your activities later as been busy sorting out the mother in law!!

I will set up a spread sheet - others on Fetch use it and if for some reason you have any access issues then you can always fm me on here and I will update.

Fetch has given me admin access so I will add the link, etc. to the side bar when ready.

Thanks both - I shall now populate the January times (plus PBs) and then it is over to you SAPs for February input ;-)

I am not able to delete the Feb/Mar events as there are names against them so will leave as is and you can always remove the event from your portfolio.

What I can do as a bit of a reminder, is give a quick weekly shout out about the virtual events - let me know if this will help.

I've not added my details into the 'About' area, I'll do so next time I'm on the P.C :-o

It's always useful to have a posted nudge to remind others that a SAP race is coming up or has been done ~ even by us SAP'ers, letting everyone know we've just logged the event is a useful reminder :-)

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
