Congrats to the great aunts, and another yes here Wom, whatever is easiest although I have no idea if I can access spreadsheets on my iPad and not sure I can click on the link to spreadsheet on work PC, I will have to check. If I can't maybe one of you can put my pace data on if I ask ever so nicely in here! I think we still have Slow and steady as our thead manager - for that bit over there on the right hand side, unless anyone else knows otherwise? I think you have to contact Mr Fetch to get admin rights to edit that bit, then you could out the spreadsheet link in there.

I ran 3 miles yesterday on road and again today on trail. Was going to do five today but the wind was bitter, it was flipping awful in the bits where the hedgerows were sparse. However I had a good first run today in the inov8 shoes I bought in the Lake District last year, it seems they work well on grass, mud, sand, flinty paths and a bit of rough Tarmac too, so ideal for what we run on round here.

New job is still good, I am getting good training when needed and generally enjoy what I am doing. Lots of nice people there, so I think this will do me for a while. My office-mate and I are one week into the biggest loser challenge. She has been to boot camp twice in the first week and is eating mainly celery and seeds as far as I can tell. I have run a few measly miles and eaten slightly fewer calories but doubt I have lost any weight. Must Try Harder.

Great running this weekend ladies. :)

I went out for a nice walk this morning. I wish I'd gone a bit earlier as all the world and their wife and family were out at that favourite beauty spot. Nice to blow away the cobwebs. I can't believe that it's a month since I last ran.
Does anyone know how long the sore throat lasts? Mine's on day 8 now and I'm not running until it's gone. :-p

Another couple of miles in the bank for me today - R1/W1 for just over 30 mins. Got caught in a surprise snow flurry that I don't remember seeing forecast!! Followed by drinks and a hilarious game of Cards Against Humanity in the pub after with some running club mates.

Sorry to say my sore throat lasted almost 2 weeks 2nd time round ar (first time I got antibiotics so it cleared up quicker). I've read that sore throat counts as "above the neck" so isn't an excuse not to run :-P

Well done kwala. :) I like to err on the side of caution - so many bugs still around that I don't want to make it worse.
