Hi gang! :)

Nut, well done for completing your January challenge. medal Great news on the new job and entry to GNR. :)

MM, take it easy on that PF of yours.
Lem, good you've finally got running again and enjoying the job. I wish I had someone to do a Biggest Loser thing with. ;-)
Wom, thanks for RDing this year. Might it be possible to do the monthly thing on a spreadsheet rather than listing it as a "race". If so, perhaps it would be better if all the SAP events are on a spreadie too?
LG, well done for hammering your exercise bike. I still think you should get a real one and go outside. ;-)
kwala, that's my problem with club too, it's so disheartening. Could you do extra distance outside of the beginners run? like park the car further away.
dec, good you're still doing what you can, when you can.

I went off on my hols with a cold which didn't hinder me and went away after a few days. I had a lovely 3 weeks skiing but last Sunday contracted another lurgy to bring home with me. It's the one with the sore throat and cough. :-p I'm a bit peed off as it's stopped me from training on my return and it's nearly a month now since I have run. When this finally goes I don't want another one for a while. (Sorry about the moan)

Hi all, I am responding to Alpenrose's feedback - we can use a spreadsheet if others agree with this. That way it doesn't fill up our race profile and it will also be easier to track improvements. I can find out how to add the link to this group.

I will draw up an example.

So over to you - Yes OR No. Please add a one word response in the thread below and I will count them up in 3 days.

Alpen thank you, sorry to hear your lurgyfied again it’s been dreadful this winter for colds. You have had your share now it will soon be spring and you will be healthy and running.

Wom works for me

I ran today it can only be described as character building! Icy rain, sleet and blowing a gale think I’m just about warm now lol
