Ok folks the โbiggest loser โ challenge at work has started with weigh ins this morning. I hadnโt weighed myself for a while. I had a bit of a shock to be honest itโs about half a stone more than I thought and I am a bit gutted. Anyway better to know, now to do something about it!

*waves* Trying to start upping my mileage again as I've had a realisation that it's February and the end of May isn't as far away as I thought, when I'll need to be able to run 50k again . . . also trying to come to an agreement with a new bike about how far and how often we should hang out! |

Hello, been a bit quiet in here, hope everyone is ok. I finally got out for a short run/walk this morning, it was perfect weather for it (sunny and cold but not freezing!!). Feel fine now, so hopefully I can start building up again

An excess of stress makes my pancreas unhappy so, with family in and out of hospital at the mo, I decided to not add the jiggly jar of running to its current angst ... I have, however, logged almost 170 miles of walking in the current year
