Nutso Lazytoad!
Pleased the excercises are helping you guys, they have really helped me 😊

L10 sure your not although the first couple of runs will be tough. Look forward to seeing your post to say it’s done.

Well done Nutso
I signed up for 100 miles in January and thankfully you could cycle as well as I have had to resort to that a few times especially earlier in the month. 89 miles done so should be fine as 2 more runs to do this week.

Today's run binned - I spoke too soon about the no razor blades in my throat. It's agony and I barely slept last night :-(

Fragile Do Not Bend
Bah, last night I went to run with my Wednesday evening group for the first time in many months and everyone is so fast at the moment. Tried to keep up, failed, and bailed out as my calves felt tight and I don’t want to risk another injury.

I’ve taken the bull by the horns and put a call out for anyone who is put off by the speed of those runs to come join me for some sensibly paced plods.

It’s not like me to be so proactive, I don’t know what’s got into me 😄

We need a SAP commune! I am looking forward to my run in a bit, at least being on the track Mr Lemon can be speedy and I can be slow and we'll still have company! We are possibly looking at a Saxons Vikings Normans event on 4th March, a 6 hour challenge in some woods near Ashford, I think its called the mega challenge.

Get well soon kwala x

My clubmates' idea of a slow run is still way faster than I can manage at the moment, so I go out with the Learn to Run people quite a lot, problem is I don't then get in the mileage that I want to.

Now don't all faint but I ran in my lunchbreak today! Well I say lunchbreak but precious little work has been done today as some routine maintenance was planned for 9.00am to 4.00pm IST which is 3.30am to 10.30am GMT. It went tits up! :-O
