Fragile Do Not Bend
Yes please to reminders Wom, I used to rely on the automatic Fmails to remind me to update my SAP times. Not that Iโ€™m actually doing any running right now,but Iโ€™m optimistic.

Afternoon folks, :-)
Great to see some running has been achieved by the lurgified.
Nutso - I'm sure you will be fine - with runs like today you have nothing to worry about.

My first race of the year is in 2 weeks time - Smokies 10 miler. I haven't entered many race so far this year as I let my guard down and entered a marathon:-O. Seemingly it's 10 weeks today although I'm trying not to think that far in advance and just taking each long run as it comes.

Off on holiday this next week so hopefully I can run in the mornings and leave the rest of the day free.

Almost not limping now and almost back to full walking speed too.

The antibiotics seem to be doing their job quite well and I even ran across a road with surprisingly little discomfort :-) . Soon be running again! ;-)

Nice walking Frag. :)

Nut, is your half marathon the GNR in September? You'll be fine. :)

After all my skiing trips I'll only have 6 weeks to train for my half, just hope I'll be able to manage it. Another reason why I was miffed with having lurgies before and after my trip this time as I've lost a couple of weeks mileage in my legs. I'd hoped to get a 10 miler before going away again but don't think I'll manage it now.
