Well done Nut! I'm sure your body will get used to running daily and it should start getting easier soon. :)

*waves* to everyone else.

Great news Nutso :-)

Club again last night. Did 1.8 miles of R30s/W2mins. Found the running bits just about enough for now, but think I could've managed with a shorter recovery so next time will do R30/W90.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I’m still not out of the starting blocks and if this sore throat that I’ve come down with today goes the way I’m fearing, then it’s going to be a few more days at least before I get any running in. ☹️

Hope it's not the same lurgy that half the country seems to have been hit with and that you're feeling better soon Frag :-(

Fragile Do Not Bend
Thanks kwala. I feel like I’m getting hit with one virus after another. I haven’t been properly ok for nearly 3 weeks now.

Frag, be kind to yourself and rest, with walks if you feel up to it, but don't do anything too strenuous. It'll still be there when you're better.
My tester is always trying walking briskly uphill and seeing how I can breathe. Once I can breathe okay again, then I start back gently.

Mine started the week before Christmas, just about feeling normal now, but the cold and damp really hits my chest hard which is why I started back with a couple of walks and am now slowly building up again with run/walk. Hoping I'll be back where I was in a couple of weeks and then I can start looking at a 10k training plan.
