Thanks, L10 for the time and effort you've given to us SAP. Very much appreciated medal .

Thanks, Womble, for picking up the baton :-) .

I'll add the relevant races shortly ... Not sure how long it'll be before I get back up to 10's :-( :-o

Races added. I've also added the 5 mile as it'll give me something to aim at :-)

Adding the 5k is a good idea :-) (And as I walked Dr. K's 5k memorial it will make my race times look a bit more logical ;-) )

Thanks all. I think Mr Lemon has got flu :-(. Started with a dry cough last night and he is not at all well tonight. He got very cold a damp at the Boxing Day football match and then again at work yesterday, which won't have helped. I think tomorrow I will have to do a supermarket sweep for paracetamol, tissues etc before heading into work. I am now about to browse for a decent new warm jacket for him as he insists on wearing a frankly useless thin fleece jacket most of the time and occasionally a waterproof but thin jacket over the top. Time for a grown up sensible jacket that actually keeps him warm!

Lem, thanks for all your input this year as RD for our SAP "races". star medal
Hope you don't catch his lurgy - not what you need for your new job.
Wom, thanks for stepping in for next year. star

Back from my Twixmas break now. As I had 10 to do for my renewed target of 666 miles for the year, I got out and did it in one hit yesterday, in view of today's weather forecast, so have re-entered the last SAP event of the year.
I will be dipping in and out of the events next year as other events allow. ;-)

L10 thanks for looking after us last year šŸ˜Š hope the hubbys lurgy isnt too bad
Alpen well done

Happy new year all welcome to 2018 šŸ˜Š, so Iā€™m signed up for RED (run every day) for mind in January! Hopefully it will get me started again help the mojo etc. My bad foot is still iffy largely i think due to not getting in with the physio pre Christmas and slacking on my exercises! Iā€™m in with him on the 4th so just need to keep going until then!

Happy new year everyone!

Mr Lemon has spent most of the past few days in bed, I think it's flu, and I don't know what I have got (not flu) but very bad throat and now painful chesty cough, yesterday I thought flu as I ached all over and never wanted to get out of bed. I feel less ill today, just this sore throat and chesty cough now and then. Right pain in the bum as we always have a nice run on New Year's Day so this is the first time in years we've missed it.

Hopefully everyone else is fit and well (Nutso hope the foot gets sorted soon) and I'll hopefully start getting a few slow miles in when I start my new job on 15th. :-)
