Happy Christmas SAPers. I seem to be alone on having a pretty decent December ... pity the first 10 months were a bit dire :-o :-(

December's SAP 5 miler is unlikely for me. I've taken my time and over two months I've built up from 1.4 to 3.2 mile runs ... and yesterday saw me jump it up to 3.8 :-) . So I'd still need to jump it up by more than a mile and risk jeopardising the progress ... January is looking hopeful though :-) .

Never got outvtoday as we Alfie for longer than I thought but he is such a joy I didn't mind. I still have parcels to wrap although seeing what the wee man has before santa even arrived is scary.

I've pretty much been running naked, but for a stopwatch, for the past 16 or so months .... yesterday's run (23/12) sees the end of that period as Santa is supposed to be bringing me nice new watch to track activities on :-)

500 on a bike on top of running (and skiing) is good going :-)

I wonder if Santa will bring LG a running buggy ... Fetch logs already has a buggy run section, doesn't it?

Merry Christmas to you all.
If I do parkrun with Alfie I log it as running with a buggy cause it's hard work ;-)

Merry Christmas everyone! Have a lovely day everyone (if you can!). :-). We are at home at the moment, and will be back home late afternoon or early evening. I am looking forward to getting home later ;-). The bit in the middle - well it could be good or could be something to get through, you just never know! Keep smiling :-) 🍋

Merry Christmas all. I've had a lovely, if hectic, couple of days (we celebrate on Christmas Eve as my dad is Polish, and also Christmas Day, well because it would be rude not to!!!). Running is out of the window at the moment as I've also been lurgified for the last week or so but 3 days of anti-biotics seem to be helping.

Yes, get well soon kwala, bloody annoying as you were getting on so well. :-(

I did my SAP 5 this morning, I procrastinated about going out as it was drizzling but by the time I went it had finally stopped. It got dark again just after I got back.

Santa brought me the long needed, much desired, and very useful GPS device :-)

Chilling out this afternoon ...

(Resting average went down to 34 ... I wonder what'll happen when I get my fitness back :-o )
