Have you tried Next - must admit I've never bought bras from there, but they seem to have a good range of strapless bras, bigger range than M&S (my go to bra shop!)

Shouldn't have left it till the last minute although I have a couple of days off next week. The bra I had is now too big so doesn't sit well with the dress

Order m &s on line in various sizes then send back - they are very good

Lemon - betteshanger - do they do the marathons on the road track or the gravel tracks please?

Mm I'm thinking of entering betteshanger and I believe it's the road track

'' Betteshanger Country Park, near Deal in East Kent, has a two mile tarmac cycle track and we're going to hire this for the day to use this for The Betteshanger Marathon.''

EB will be great to meet you and yes i would book early. There is also a walking track around the cycling track which is more gravel and we use this for the duathlons. (Live about 15 mins away).

EB, do come, the more the merrier! If you join the SVN Facebook page and ask the question, Traviss will tell you if they are getting short of places or not.

MM, as EB said, they are using the cycle track but they use the walking track for some of the events there.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
