Fragile Do Not Bend
Had first class at new gym, it was called Vibe Power which sounds like something you might get in Ann Summers but was a weights and body weight exercise class and just what I was looking for.

I thought I had better be conservative with the weights I chose for the first class, which turned out to be a good thing as there were lots of reps! My legs threatened to fail me going back down the stairs to the changing rooms but I managed to hold it all together and make a dignified descent. 😅

Sounds like a good class fragile. Really should either a) use my gym membership or b) cancel the same.....

Just seen LG PB - yay!

Got to keep the gym thing up now to get my lazy glutes into shape and take the pressure off my poor calf muscles.

Only a course PB but still..... :-)

ION I am having a wobble....I can't get a bra to sit with my dress for the wedding AND my shoes squeak:-(

Are they new shoes? Maybe just need breaking in? Don't know what to suggest re bra :-(

Yeah new shoes so will be wearing hemfor the next week. I will have to start looking again for a strapless bra with not much or any padding ( got enough of my own )

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan

3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
