Nearly 13 times round the 2 mile tarmac cycle track. It says there will be no wait list.

Whoop whoop another Fetchie to meet. Its bad enough going round there on the bike - especially when you hit the wind!!! And there is always wind at Betteshanger lol

Well I'm married to CB so it's 2 new fetchies to meet :) You could've told me about the wind before I entered ;-)

I have a route to practice on 2 miles out to a 2 mile loop (numerous times depending on distance) and then obvioulsy 2 mile back.

EB I have been to bravissimo but was thinking of there and getting measured again seeing as I have lost weight.

Went to my Circuits today as there was boxing moves in between machines...it's fair to say my coordination is crap lol

I did think i may pop over there and practice but no point. Will be interesting to see which way they go around and am sure the hill will be welcome !!!!!

Lip gloss I do find them good I just don't like paying their prices. I'm hoping I need to go to be remeasured soon (trying to lose weight and now having to tighten them up more) I have two sports bras from there too which I pretty much love.

I'm doing my second marathon in 3 weeks time but have always looked at this one as I'm so slow and they 'cater' for my speed. I feel guilty keeping the marshalls out (I was last in my one and only marathon before now!)

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
