No news yet Stewie, I am not usually very patient but I have to be! If there were other jobs to apply for I wouldn't hesitate but there isn't much where we live in Norfolk, and Norwich is slightly too far for me to commute to really. No time for a run today, and no energy or mojo all week so tomorrow WILL be my first run of the week! :-)

Afternoon all 😊 So today this happened........ 58.11 10K and a new PB to boot 😊 Chuffed to minty balls, I set out for a pb but hadn't told anyone as wasn't sure I quite had enough I was wrong!! I reckon it's by about a min and a half. Someone put a bet on me so I guess that's come good too 😊, lol I assume it's one of you guys. Thank you for you motivation and support you guys get me through when I'm finiding it hard.

I knew you'd do it and it's earnt me loads on my bet. Congratulations! :)

I got out in the frost this morning and managed a 10 miler. I wanted to make sure I could do it ahead of my race in a couple of weeks. ;-)

Wow Nutso that is awesome! bunting medal champagne you are going great guns!

Also great running Alpen! Love how it sounds so casual, yeah I just went and ran ten miles, as you do!

I did a frosty five this morning as I've not run all week. I'm hoping this week at work is a bit less stressful so I have the energy for a run or two.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
