Oh forgot to say I set a 5k pb too during my race that's 20 seconds faster than I have ever managed on parkrun, parkrun I'm coming to get you!

Well done on 10 miles AR.
Well I went and did my 10k today expecting nothing but ended my season with a very wee PB...of 20 seconds lol.
Had my bath now under my duvet for a half hour as we had 4 seasons in one day out there.

It was by accident but tapering must work...must remember that in future ;-)

DQ it was only 20 seconds...my .43 was my 5k...I will go edit my post ;-)

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
