Fragile Do Not Bend
Well done Womble! I hope you feel better today L10.

I think I've finally shaken off this protracted cold *touches wood* - I feel I've got a bit of ooomph back so hopefully I can back on track towards this year's mileage target.

Had a reminder why I don't do gyms - the instructor on my outdoor bootcamp class had decided to take the class indoors as it was cold & windy today. But within 5 minutes everyone was complaining it was too hot and stuffy, so we all went outside again. Much nicer, it was only 6 degrees outside after all, hardly freezing!

I am pleased to say that everything's seems to be functioning as normal today which is always a bonus at my advanced age! ;) One more race for me this year then hopefully keep the training going over the winter to justify all the 2017 races entries :-O

Flipping freezing here in Norfolk, how is it up in Scotland? Another stressful work day yesterday but today and the rest of this week should be better as I am working at my other office. It's a quieter place and allows me the chance to catch up with work. Hope you are all having a good week and getting out for some runs. :-)

Been rained on and battered by hail but no snow as yet! The heavens opened just about 9k in at Brodie and turned to hail about halfway up this drive!

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
