Does any other Santa get really nervous after they've handed the present over to the Royal Mail reindeer, that they've got it completely wrong and it's too late to fix it now?

Yes... which is why I've never been brave enough to do it before now. It's taken me a long time to find the confidence.

I had a little wobble like that last year which was my first FSS year but my recipient seemed to like their present and I absolutely loved mine - every time I post on here I hope my Santa has seen just how thoughtful I thought their gift was.
I wobbled less this year for my recipient - but I think most people find the idea that 'a stranger off the internet' wants to buy them a present is such a nice thought that nothing will ever be 'completely wrong'.

I always worry, especially as the gifts I've received have always been so fabulous, but I'm sure I'd be just as happy whatever I received

I normally just hope that they like it but i’ve never got anything that I thought someone couldn’t do something with, even if it was to give it to someone else😂

Yes! I usually have to just go with whatever I picked and hope, otherwise I would never post it in case it wasn't any good.

I think everyone who takes part is just happy to receive a little gift from another Fetchie, whatever it is. I know I am. I hope mine is posted soon though

I don't get nervous because it reflects how I buy all my gifts. I've always bought what I think the recipient (family, friend, fetchie) would like rather than something that's been asked for.

Mine hasn't arrived, despite being posted on the 1st. Fingers crossed it gets here safely.
